Grilled Italian Burgers with Gnocchi and Tomato Sauce



Italian burger:
Italian sausage
Hamburger
Egg
Parmesan
Bread crumbs
Oregano
Italian seasoning
Crushed fennel
Crushed red pepper
Minced garlic

Eggplant slices:
Brushed with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt

Ricotta gnocchi:
see previous blog, but this time I used semolina in addition to AP flour

Tomato sauce:
Olive oil
Onion
Garlic
Crushed tomatoes
Oregano
Italian Seasoning
Sugar
Baking soda
Half-n-half
