Apples in Caramel Sauce
Cut up apples, put in pan with butter, brown sugar, Madeira, heavy cream, molasses, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, nutmeg. Cook. Spoon into a puff pastry shell. Serve with lightly sweetened whipped cream with cinnamon.
