Maple Bacon 3 Grain Salad
This salad is a combination of brown basmati rice, wild rice, and quinoa.
Added diced sweet onion, diced cooked bacon, and dried cranberries.
The dressing was simply vegetable oil, natural apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup. I used my immersion blender to emulsify.
I served it with grilled turkey, bleu cheese coleslaw, and cheese-n-peas with ranch.
