Easter Dinner
Apricot/pineapple glazed ham: butt portion ham, and half a jar of preserves added towards the end of cooking.
Ham, roasted sweet potatoes, peas with cheese, roasted asparagus.
My plate, no cheesy peas, I'm on a diet!
