Nope, never done it at all before. I'm teaching a music/cooking class at the college, featuring Aaron Copland in October. First class is "Fanfare for the Common Man," with common fan fare as the food. He wrote the piece for the Cincinnati Orchestra, so the idea is using this chili over Nathan's Famous Hotdogs, as he was from Brooklyn. I teach in a classroom, over a hot plate, so decided to keep it simple, hence the canned chili. Next project will be to make it all from scratch, probably using the Skyline copycat recipe.
I grew up an hour from cincy and I love these, do you ever do them with spaghetti? ruth Moran
