Blueberry Sauced Tart

Crust: flour, butter, baking powder, salt, milk. Rolled out, cut in circles, blind baked in muffin tin (with foil and dried beans to prevent it from "poofing" up)
Filling: instant French vanilla pudding (yep)
Sauce: Blueberries, sugar, orange juice/zest
...and topped with, yes, whipped cream from a can.
