Baking Bacon

Lightly oil baking sheet. Place bacon in a single layer. Bake. Drain the grease off the pan, return to oven, finish baking. Place paper towels on a strip of foil. Place cooked bacon on paper towel, roll up. It helps to soak up some of the bacon grease while keeping the bacon warm. We love our bacon chewy. This is perfect. Put rest of bacon in fridge for use later. I do this on the weekend, then have bacon ready to go during the week.
