Sourdough Biscuits

Here is the beginning of the biscuits... wet ingredients: starter, AP flour, milk, oil.
Giving it some time in a warm part of the kitchen to get active/bubbly.
Dry ingredients: AP flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda. When wet ingredients are ready, I'll combine the two, knead, and cut into biscuits.
Waiting patiently...
