Lobster Salad
I admit to using a frozen lobster from a box that I picked up at Wally World. Yep.
Here goes:
Chopped celery, diced shallot, tomato, seasonings.
And diced, cooked lobster.
Dressing: mayo, creme fraiche, salt, pepper, dill
Chill.
