Shrimp Veggie Stir Fry w/Spicy Sauce

In a hot pan, saute onion, celery, garlic, red chili flakes. Add carrots, them bokchoy.
In a separate pot, boil noodles according to directions. These cook quickly, 3 min. tops. Rinse, then put back in pot with toasted sesame oil. Would also be good with a tablespoon of peanut butter. Sliced green onions if ya got 'em.
Toss some shrimp into the veggies. I used a pre-cooked, frozen cocktail shrimp. Clean, no veins, easy. Add some 5 Spice powder, some chili sauce.
In a measuring cup, put cornstarch soy sauce, sesame oil (just a bit), a tablespoon of sugar, cold water. At the last minute, add to veggies to create a gravy like sauce.
Serve with noodles.
Would be great with peanuts or garnished with finely sliced Napa cabbage.
