Eggs, Toast, and Hashbrowns

Seasoned the hashbrowns with salt and pepper, Grilltime (Kroger's store brand) "Chicken" seasoning, onion powder, dried garlic and bell pepper seasoning.
Eggs were scrambled with some heavy cream, seasoned with salt and lots of black pepper. Just before the eggs were set, I turned off the burner, put a pat of butter on top, put about a teaspoon of water in the pan and covered with a lid. Then I made the toast, (see previous post), and served it up! I had a seedless strawberry jam on mine...
OJ and coffee, too.
Ready for the day...
