Cuban Sandwich

We had leftover pork loin and ham.... soooooooo.......
Instead of Swiss, my husband picked up some white American cheese. I put the cheese next to the bread, then layer the pork loin slices, pickle, and ham slices. I love using a bacon press for grilled sandwiches. We used "cottage" bread, it stands up to the press nicely.
