Potted Seafood

I made two kinds: shrimp seasoned with bay leaf, nutmeg, pepper, chili powder (not too much); and crab seasoned with Old Bay. Mixed together clarified butter, seafood (yep, from the can, on sale), cream cheese, seasonings. Put it in a container, top with more clarified butter.

Good on crackers, or as I did, a spoonful in a hot bowl of corn chowder.
