Gnocchi: Ready for the Freezer
Aforementioned gnocchi, frozen on cookie sheets (in deep freeze), then transferred to freezer bags. Ready to plop into boiling water. Cooked for about 4 minutes, max, then put into sizzling butter..... mmmmmmmm.
