2 sticks butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp.+ vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt (I used salted butter)
2 cups Wheat Montana Prairie Gold flour
1 1/2 cups toasted hazelnuts
Cream together sugar, butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients.
Bake, 360F for about 8 or 9 minutes.
Great with mochaccino!
